Franco's comments were to the effect you can still see daylight between Haney's and Yates' latspreads but you couldn't in his , it's easy to do when you're 5'3 and have short arms

I don't understand Franco's problem with Lee Haney and Dorian Yates.  Yates eventually built his lats such that they were literally wider than his shoulders.

I gather Franco has ego problems -- even when he was getting his tail whipped by better bodybuilders like Arnold, he felt the need to crow about his strength -- but I would've thought he'd let it go after retiring :-| 

Poor little guy.  A friend of my ex was a Sardinian ... he couldn't lay claim to "de strongist bodybiltah dat evah livt I tink," but he was sure much more humble than Franco.  And a half foot taller, too ;)

To think, that shot isn't even Yates at his very best! That physique could step on stage in the next Olympia and wipe the floor with everyone.
