Arimidex 1mg

im on a mass cycle with 1000mg testo and about 800mg boldone...i start using arimidex at 0,5mg ed and 75mg proviron ed.
whats your opinion for arimidex dosage;;;

You need to use whatever you find appropriate. Use previous cycles as your best judgement. Over 50mg of proviron each day is a waste. Just stick with 50mg of proviron and try starting out at .5mg arimidex and go from there. With AIs, you need to use whatever you need to use. Some guys blow up without them and some guys have no problems with aromatization at all.

For me when I'm on 1mg adex ed gains seem to slow. I took Rimbauds advice and started using adex every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and it works very well. Provirion is also a great addition to a cycle as it also has anti estrogenic effects.
