[Again, we actually start training on a consistant basis after the fight since he's been in England most of time with Bisping and his trainer. But we have worked some/b]


Well, lets just say we talk alot and I give him advices on his training

He will fight maybe 1 to 2 more fights at 185 and get tired of the shit competition and move back up...
