Im trying to diet strictly but Im supposed to drink with my gf 3-4 times a week with her
What should i do?

take a tupperware container with a chicken breast and some white rice with you to the bar. have a good long cardio session right before you go, then only drink light beer while you're there. the low alcohol won't hurt you that much and the carbs will do you some good.

or, instead of thinking it's all about you, you could talk to her about her drinking habits and suggest scaling it back to 1-2 times a week, then don't be a pussy and go with her.

Pop some ephedra, and hit the dance floor, before you know it you're doing some highly aerobic cardio, but make sure you bring your heart monitor watch, just to make sure you stay in your target zone, you don't want to burn any muscle.

im no newbie, ive been lifting for quite some time.
If you read my thread I said im happy with my physique and its just my arms that could come up a notch.
