ive been angry before in the gym and let me tell u ive had my most productive sessions then...i let my anger fuel me

ive seen a guy mad in the gym once cuz he was doing rope pushdowns and this stupid trainer woman came over and made a big deal about him taking over her area and after she left i looked at him and he told me he hates her and hes never hated anyone as much as her

Nah, I've been aggravated a few times in the gym, but never outright angry.

we had this asian-native american guy in my gym, always saying he's lifetime natural and stuff .
me and my buddys were benching 405 for reps when the "guy" comes by and says "you would be 160pounds off drugs, what a bunch of loosers haha"
then i went to take a piss, and lowandbehold, the guy was injecting insulin in his ass
needless to say me and my buddies beat him up so bad his teeth stick out even to this day

Long story...

Guy missed a rep on bench.

I ran over grabbed it off him.

He said WTF i would have gotten it.

I said you would not have but no sweat, went about my business.

Then he started benching sets of 2-4 reps he then started shouting sarcastically when benching "oh look at me i can do it myself etc" ...he seemed embarassed but started to annoy me.

He said one other thing then i told him outright in front of gym if he doesnt shut the fuck up im gonna ram a bar down his fucking throat. He did. Apologised a week later. Have not seen him in gym since.

I then told him in fornt of gym im gonna ram a bar
