It's basically in a nutshell "no pun intended" peanut butter that has had almost all the oil squeezed out of it.  Sort like if you took nautral peanut butter, poured out all of the oil, sqeezed out all the rest till it's really dry kinda like it is when you get near the bottom of the jar, then grind it up into a powder.

I guess you just add water to get it to the consistency of regular PB or add it to a smoothie.

peanut butter flavor without the trans fat or being able to use it and control fat/calorie intake.

looks like garbage for actual diet reasons,... but for taste in a shake? hey why not?
