What do Employee Drug tests typically test for?
« on: December 30, 2008, 08:30:23 AM »
All employees at my work must undergo drug tests in 2009 to remain eligible for employment.  Typically what do companies test for?  I'd presume things such as coke, weed etc... but would they also test for anabolics?  I'd presume not.  Have you had to take a test before?  I believe they're doing hair sample tests.  I remember seeing this shampoo at a bb store that supposedly washed away any drug residue or something like that.

They will test for recs and recs only more than likely.

they have to tell you what they are testing for (at least in my state).  most only test for recs.  but they may test for anabolics depending on the type of work you do.  and contrary to popular belief, aas test are not that expensive.

I was in trouble for anabolics in ohio and not even the state drug tested me for juice. I seriously doubt your employer would go to such an extent, considering the avg person in your workplace doesnt even go to a gym.  You would have to be a pretty big asshole to warrant being tested for the sauce imo.

This question has been asked, ohhh several hundred times, but here it is again.  They almost never ever test for AAS, it's just to expensive.  They test for Cocaine, Marijuana, PCP, Heroin, meth.  Some also add in barbituates and a couple of other things but that's it.

Unless its a civil service job like cop or fireman, dont worry about anabolics. Recreationally, everything except ketamine/ GHB. Most places dont detect perscription stuff either unless your seriously abusing them.
