You're right. Moreover I tell you that my BF level not low enough even at the contests. Hip, glutes, hams area still needs work and yes my carb loading phase isn't good enough too.

So I should improve in so many things this year.

Jay is a great athlete, a great person, one of the best ambassador of the sport of bodybuilding...and 10 years older than me.

Anyway...about my height...that was never a problem to me... I care about other inches on my body...

And I even like to take photos with big boys...I mean really big boys. We had a very good time in Fullerton in 2007 with Dennis Wolf and Armin Scholz. All the way big dudes!

And yes at that time I was like a dwarf...and who cares? I was between two of the biggest pro bodybuilders on the planet.
