Also a very good three lift lifter.I believe he had over a 2000lb total with a very good squat.

You ever tried putting on a bench shirt?..........I tried a couple times i thought i was gonna pop a rotator cuff just putting it on and after i got it on i had a full blow meltdown......I never in my life will do that again........just not for me.

no but we used to help my friend get into one and it was crazy, me and my friend would pull down on this thing and barely get it on, he was a pretty big dude though, 5'11" and 310 pounds benching in the 700's with the shirt, no kidding i was 240 at the time and my other friend was 240 as well and we would PULLLLLLL down so hard we'd be squatting down and we still barley got the thing on.

i have benched in one.

First time i tried it with a light weight 350lbs never touched and flew in an arc right over my face and behind my head like a tricep extension.

Luckily i had 2 spotters who caught iot lol

no one was there for his WR lift cos he was in the gym himself when he done it.

He just unracked it, a 2 count pause then racked it himself again.

But seriously he is stronger than Koklyaev
