What's some of your iron warriors resolutions for 09?

Mine is to hit the gym at least 3 times a week and stop being such a hot head.

I'm sure a couple more I will do and give up on 3 days in the NY.


How bout you guys?

Give up weighttraining and big muscles.  Become the size of a shredded emo kid and finally become attractive to the opposite sex.
