i want to do gold but ive heard of some shady dealings and seizures by the government
this is going to be an issue becuase i will soon be moving into the higher tax bracket around 20% from the 15% now
what im gonna have to do is distribute the rental property so i make less and pay less taxes but still have 'control' over the population by being property owners with partners involved, i may be selecting some people from getbig that i may have to teach some carpentry and basic housing knowledge too

the elderly pay religiously. they get social security so you know the $ is there. and they're way too fragile to move themselves. you get a 64-year old widow and in 20 years, you'll have an 84-year old widow in the same house, doing the same thing every day. I used to live next to them lol... |
