Dosages where light back in the days specially for the teenagers competing.. At most it was 400-600 total mg per week but i did have some crazy friends that were up to 800 and that was unheard of.. The older guys did take a lot more but still nothing compare to today standards..
But please remember that drugs dont make a champ.. Its balls to the walls 24/7 nothing half ass.. every day, workout, rep, set, meal and nap counts. Same goes for everything in life.

Hey guys thanks for posting those up. The second one I haven’t seen in 15 years and those are at 18 when I won the teen nationals..
Anyhow i disappeared cause i thought i had accomplished enough and it was time to either grow up or get stuck for the next five years trying to make a living out of bodybuilding. You guys have to remember that when i did it only 2 guys had Weider contracts and that was Haney and I think Gaspari.
Although I disappeared from competing I have never ones quit working out since I started training at 13.5. Not ones.
I have tons more from my teenage years on face book if you want to look them up.. Just look up jorgebetancourt on face book and you’ll see them all.
Gotta respect the priorities you had at young age, well done. Dont you ever wonder, what if? I mean you had great shape and lines way before reaching muscle maturity. |

Yeah man, all the time and i still do.. But the reality is that I wasn't going to kill myself with all the drugs and i knew which way i was heading. Thats not to say im not a bodybuilder because i have lived my whole life as one and its what made me as a person. At the end it was all worth it and i turned out to be ok in today standards.. I'm very happy. Thats me at 19 when i won the overall southern states. |

I met him back in the early 90's since we both lived in South Florida and I knew people that trained with him. Yeah, he juiced as a teen but from what he and his friends said, his doses were pretty light, especially compared with what people take today.
Really i thought his nickname was Drol Betancourt  |
