It may have been another photo shoot with Nasser and Harrison where Nasser shoulder pressed 200 pound dumbells for 2 reps.
It took 4 spotters to pass the 'bells to Nasser who thereupon did 2 repetitions unassisted but with Ian spotting for safety.
On witnessing this incredible feat of strength, a fired up Harrison then proceeded to attempt the press but was unable to complete 1 rep.
i am unsure of what body weight each man was on that day but Nasser was probably close to 280- 290 pounds, maybe 300 pounds and harrison would have been @ least 275 to 290.
I believe Nasser has been the only bodybuilder to press 200 pound dumbells for reps. i have not seen anyone else do it.............not even Ronnie, although Ronnie could probably do it.
