by 2010 ill be accepted to a UC

I've got two possibles:

1. Get promoted at work (I'll find out in early March if I've got it or not, which if so means taking a bit of time out from bodybuilding to pass some exams), or

2. If I don't get the job I'll be using all my energies in the gym and at home to prepare for my first contest in September 09 at the UKBFF Midlands show - a qualifier for the British championships.

Me too, calories must be reduced of course. But you can still eat whatever you like. At least on the wavelength diet you can.

curl 70lbs dumbells for 8 reps and bench 315lbs.
