did anyone halfway knowledgeable think they were? look what USC did to Ohio State earlier this season, the Big 10 succks.

it would have been nice if bama played usc and penn state vs utah.

guess that other game at the orange bowl is the game of the day if anyone is crazy enough to watch.  just turned off the rose bowl.      

sad group of new year's day games.

Agreed Totally

Pac 10 is 4-0 in the post season this year. What's the SEC?? What's the Big 10? Nuff said.

yeah but OVERALL the SEC and the Big 12 are still way better than the Pac-10 as a whole, USC is great but the only other quality team in the Pac-10 is Oregon State even though Oregon beat Ok. State in their bowl.

sec hasnt lost a game.  not sure if pac-10 would be undefeated if one of them had played a sec team.

i'm not even sure that's the answer because you'd still have good teams left out of the mix, the BCS is probably the best option right now, what they need to do is cut down on the ridiculous number of bowls, you've got fuccking 6 win teams going to bowls these days and that makes a mockery of the game.

when Oklahoma takes teams lightly they get beat, it happened in the 03 Big 12 Champ. Game against Kansas State, it happened in 06 against Boise State and it happened last year against Colorado and West Virginia, when Stoops has that team ready to go they're almost unbeatable.

Didn't LSU beat Oklahoma in 2003 in a BCS game like 35 to 3 or something crazy like that? When Json White won the Heisman and their was a split title between USC and LSU.

i just think they got flat out beat by Texas this year, honestly if it hadn't been for the run back by Shipley that game probably would have been won by Oklahoma, they blew the coverage on that return.
