It's amazing how far he's come.

Hard to believe he actually lost to Chuck Liddell some time back.

Mirko's fresh off a victory over Choi; hopefully he gets a rematch with Alistair soon.

Dexter Jackson would like tiny next to this guy; he wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell.

Guy looks great. Hari is far from a slouch, too. Looks like he really upped the dosage on his gear. Long way away from the days of him starving himself to make 205 for Pride MW.

He says he only started lifting weights a couple years ago. Great genetics.

That was 5-6 years ago. He was literally just a kid back then.

Anyway Alistair's performance was awesome, and he is a very talented guy, but people are now touting him to be something he's not. His problem has always been his lack of heart. If a fight doesn't go his way he just gives up.

That point was proven a long time ago. And it certainly isn't just because of golden glory. Only one of the many Dutch K1 champions was from that gym: Schilt.

Was always that and his conditioning. If he didn't win his fight in the first half of the first round after the all out barrage he always went with, he was shot. Usually ended up getting wrecked after that, a la Liddell an Shogun.
