I like subways Oven Roasted Chicken Breast on Wheat. No cheese, just lettuce, peppers, and the no fat sweet onion teryaki sauce.

Quiznos by far. A friend just opened one in Moncton, so there may be a little bias there. Subway seems too trailer parkish. Quiznos has really good flatbread pizza too.
