Pretty cool. I did varsity gymnastics and that dude is way better that I ever was. That stuff is pretty translatable to highbar and I bet he could pick up pommel pretty quickly. These days, just lifting myself out of bed is a workout. Oh, and I jump to conclusions a lot, so I guess that covers cardio.  ;D

the only pulling strength that matters is pulling girls in a crowded bar where every other male is trying the same

well he weighs 160 and the brick is about 15lbs, so that's 175 with one arm.  I guess you can easily do a 2 arm pull-up with 350 total pounds?

Bar-barians .

if you are objecting to calling it a team, that's fine.  You could call it a crew, or you could just say it's a bunch of guys that go to the park and play on the monkeybars.  I'm not hung up on it being classified as a sport.  For the most part I hate sports.

no objections....just a question. didnt know whether or not the video/ act of pulls was a team thing.....or you were part of another team ie: gymnast or something

The only bars you're familiar with are the one's with sneeze guards.  Try again.

Being strong is one of the coolest things ever, I shouted out loud when I saw the one arm pull up.  Damn strong.
