probably not for another few weeks. it was only this past saturday i managed to get my feet back where they should be. the school's benches were the same as the squat racks which force things way narrow and completely hosed my form. you can see from the other video how sloppy my bench had gotten.

there's another in my log doing band presses that shows things pretty much back in order.
not to mention 365 was a shitty struggly and 385 just about buried me. if i can get 4 plates by easter i'll be satisfied.
