Start the hcg at first pin, and run it 4 days prior to starting PCT!

ok thanks. just checking to see if people are running gear and letting themselves be shut down or running gear and keeping the boys turned on the whole time.

atleast 500iu e/w seems to be the magic number, just dont go too high since it can be counterproductive
