 bob looks exactly the same as he did in the champions day video...the only thing that has changed is his gut has gotten bigger and his face has aged

you can tell how great Bob's structure was even early on, wide shoulders, narrow waist, great quad sweep even as a youngster, can't buy or inject genetics.

a million different reasons, judges giving titles to refridgerators, Bob possibly misstiming his prep and coming in a little off, bad luck, EXTREMELY competitive classes of the late 80's/early 90's, etc., etc., etc.

Perseverance and hard work finally got him the pro card he so desperately worked for.  I personally would love to see Bob compete again.  Master's division would be fine for me.  Have a war of the worlds 2.  First one was definitely entertaining.
