Even though Jay does see BBing as a business, these store appearances present a really good image for the sport. Golfers or tennis players don't need to be so personable outside of their game, as the mere fact that they're pro golfers or tennis players is enough to rank them higher than a pro bodybuilder or other lesser-popularized sport. Having Jay go out and meet people in a somewhat public arena, is great. If he could do it on an even bigger scale - and not just at his store - that would be even better. Jay might even make more money out of it, so it would help his cause also.
