I remember reading in an old issue of MD that said Melvin Ward is 100% steroid free and turned pro as such. Despite being 4'11 ( literally) that is quite an acomplishment if true- He looks full and shredded.

He's 140 contest shape...175 off season. For a dude that is 4'11, weeks out he would have been what, 160? Flavio is 4'9 I believe and competes at 145...

Marvin is shredded, but, I Believe Papoose Henry (I think that is his last name) from Maryland actually is fuller at the same height as Marvin.

Yup. Its amazing how "BIGGER" pros look in person than they do in thier videos. You watch thier videos so many times to where youll say, "eh, thier not that big", but once you meet them in person. :o :o :o, its like holy shit, this dude IS fucking big. All the pros ive met in person are ronnie, jay,gustavo,phil heath and victor martinez who is the last pro i met back in october. Heath looked like he had another bicep in his forearm, crazy looking. They all had amazing physiques, but i think i was most impressed with Victor. Man, hes fucking BIG and Cut at the same time, and hes not real tall so hes got good "width".

I don't know if anyone has the pictures from the overall when Quincy Taylor won his pro card, but Marvin Ward was in that overall and despite giving away over a foot to Quincy, looked every bit as good imho.
