a 25lb gain while reducing bodyfat on a low carb diet
I thought I would mix it up on the G&O by posting something related to bodybuilding. I had a 1.5 year layoff with no training, and eating 1 or two meals a day of garbage food. I'm currently in week 11, but this is the progress I made in the first 8 weeks. I wanted to see what I could accomplish in a short time with 100% dedication. It's interesting to note that in 8 weeks I only did 22 weight workouts, but ate 330 meals.6 meals each day, Protein powder after weight workout only, and protein source is either chicken, Beef, or Deer meat (while I can still get it). Weight went from 200 lbs to 225 lbs.Discuss...

your ignorant. 25 lbs in 8 weeks is phenomenal. even on steroids. ESPECIALLY for with about zero fat gain.
why? might be just muscle memory guy isnt a beginner he's just regaining what he already had at one time
