I never been impressed with big benches.



A strong shoulder presser along with D/L's, separates the men from the boys IMO..

Big squats, overhead presses and deads are more impressive to me than a big bench.

I saw my training partners at the gym today and organised them to bring a camera for bench..... no backing out now  :-\

Yes, or just hit a lat spread and scream LIGHTS OUT BABY!!

Or re-rack the weight making a lot of noise then get up with brutal ILS and stare down the guy holding the camera!!
