Like i said before you were probaly using a tennis raquet and tennis balls sent over from Ireland when we sent busloads of tinned food clothing and toys to romania. hell we even brough romanian kids over here for 6 weeks each summer for a holiday as no bullshit it was estimated to extend their lives by something like 5-10 years having clean air.

phil if you come back i would be interested to know if you stil play basketball ?

i saw a interview with you where you were playing 1 on 1 with the tv guy, and despite having all that muscle you were still quick and fit on the court.

can you still shoot the hoops like before or do you find the extra weight makes you run out of steam quickly.

Didn’t I just see his MET-Rx commercial, during the World’s Strongest Man competition last night/earlier this morning?

Why don’t we give Heath just a bit more time, before sealing the casket on his career or comparing him with Levrone. He’s been a pro all of, what, 2-3 years.

So far, he's won three pro shows and placed 3rd in the Olympia. That's great, by any standard.

i have a court at my new house, but do not play as i could possibly hurt myself. i shoot out there from time to time, but no playing and yes, i am not as quick as i use to be.

i probabaly won't answer much more due to mr. musclemcmannus' remarks as my wife has no business being on this thread. i think Ron has mentioned this before so i am sorry. feel free to ask as many questions as you like on the flex forums ok.

As mentioned earlier, I saw it during the World's Strongest Man competition on ESPN about 1 A.M. Do you hang out or associate with any of the Strongman competitors like Pudzianowski, (isn't he a MET-Rx sponsored guy, like you?) or Poundstone?
