My gym owner is a real character......in the last 15 yrs while iīm training at his gym he "always" train the same split, with the same exercises & weigths and the same reps.....the good thing i can say that at 45 he looks pretty much the same like in his 30īs. (isnīt that boring ?) ???

I think every gym has the fat bitch personal trainer.  You look at her and think who in their right mind would hire her to get in shape?

There's a pony tailed Mexican that always wears construction boots and jeans. Him and his partner do forced reps with 185 lbs  :o

There's a guy at one of the gyms I train at who loads 4 plates per side on the Hammer Strength dip machine and then, while standing, bounces the weight off the stops (about a 6" ROM) for about 20 reps. Walks around the gym all serious between sets, then after a few goes to the locker room and shaves his head.

Same guy, same shit, except he shaves his balls.

We have the Mexican Barbarian Brothers. 5'6" 145lbs with wispy moustaches and soiled tee shirts. They scream at the top of their lungs and literally beat the shit out of each other before 95lb bench press attempts.
