January 1st 2009 and since Xmas day I have not had any junk food...just clean foods every day. And its been easy for me.
Ive noticed Ive gotten leaner, my waist has shrunk, my face has gotten super clear, and I have better workouts.
My goal is to go the whole year with no junk food...can it be done?
Today is Friday January 9th...and no junk food yet. No cravings either.
3 omega eggs and 4 oz chicken breast w/ 2 slices of ezekiel bread
50g whey isolate 3/4 cup oats 1 cup blueberries 1tbsp mac nut oil
9 oz chicken 1 cup brown rice pasta w/ marinara sauce 1 cup green beans w/ 1/3 cup almonds
workout
1 scoop waxy maize w/ aminos...half hour after 50g whey isolate
8 oz lean beef 1 cup brown rice 1 cup green beans
50g whey isolate 2tbsp natty pb
