Don was a monster, took up all of upstate New York.

Though man i bet tomorro you could pull 580lbs no sweat...you iwll never lose that insane deadlift. Guarentee you. Few months training and 661 will be yours!!!!

Sure it`s impessive,but done a long long time ago,which makes it less impressive.


Just because Don Reinhoudt set his records in the seventies doesn't mean that they'e not impressive.

Fuck I dunno. lol. Feels like I might have done long term damage to it. Just going to keep training away and see if it helps. Can't afford physio atm  :-\

My armpit/pec is kinda sore too. unno how though

That was incredible.  Look at what passes as a legal powerlifting squat on the various videos out there and compare it to the video in this thread. Like someone else posted, every inch lower makes a huge difference on the amount of true strength it takes to squat.  Try it yourself.  Squat 315 to legal power lifting depth. That's less than a half squat no matter what anyone says.  Then use a high bar true shoulder width stance and lower yourself until you can't get any deeper. (ass to calf) That's how olympic lifters squat.
