Night at the Casino
« on: January 11, 2009, 01:20:18 PM »
Me & bunch of guys I grew up with hit the casino last night. Lots of heavy drinking ensued which equated to loss of funds. We were all around the craps table abot 2 AM. Some suits came up and tapped us on the shoulder and asked if they could speak to us. I appointed myself the group's spokesperson. I asked them "Are we under arrest?" Old wrinkled lady replied, "No." So I then said, "Good, becasue I have to pee - this talk can wait." I went to the pisser and then returned to the table. The older man started speaking. He was the floor boss and the old winkled lady was the 'Beverage Supervisor.' She started spouting off about some state laws related to being intoxicated on the floor of a casino...yadda-yadda. I asked her, "Who has been serving us these drinks?" She did not answer. So I asked about 10 more times within the next 45 seconds -- still no answer. I then informed them thay our intoxication was their fault for over-serving us. A little bit of yelling and name-calling occurred. We were informed that we would not be served any more which, of course, was the best thing for us in retrospect. But at the time - it was pure horse shit to us. They wiped all of our comp points, asked us to leave. So we went and ate and crashed.

Heavy head today. I'll be holding down the couch pretty much all day.

Great Story! Drinking, gambling, making fun of old people and getting kicked out of a casino.

A-Team Approved.

I worked at a casino and people like you are complete trash.  How the fuck can you not understand that once you become visibly intoxicated the casino can't serve you anymore and in some places can't allow you to continue gambling?  Brutal lack of understanding on your part.

You worked in a casino? HAHHAHAHAHA. People that work in a casino are some of the saddest I've ever seen. Majority of them (like yourelf I'm sure) are unedecated. Are unable to do better for themselves.

That's what a lot of people go there for, to get wasted and gamble. What do you expect when you work at a place where they serve alcohol?

Hahahahahahahahahahaha

I don't think that it was the beverage server's fault for overserving you. I think it was your babysitter's fault for letting you drink....but then again, what do I know. I'm just a blackjack dealer. I only make $90,000 a year, and get entertained by taking you're money, watching you get drunk, make a fool out of yourself, and get thrown out....Poor, pitiful, unhappy, unedumacated me....

you've got to be total loser to actually get asked to leave a casino because you could'nt handle your alcohol....

that should be the kind of thing YOU DON'T want anyone to find out about, and yet like the retard you obviously are, you're actually wearing in on your sleeve like some kind of accomplishment !

nice !

Yeah I was a blackjack dealer too.  People have no idea that we make that much.  Although I was only making about 40 or 50k, but I was in Washington State you are probably in Nevada.  I left to do what I went to school for and I make less than I did dealing but am happier because I am doing what I like and will be making more after I get more experience and education .  I want to ask these idiots "If you owned a bar or casino would you keep serving people past the point of visible intoxication?"  If the answer is yes then be prepared to get sued and go bankrupt.  It would be nice to let people drink as much as they want but unfortunately that's not the world we live in because bar and casinos are held legally responsible.  And yes I am college educated I just kinda fell into the casino business.
