this is gh15,, you may only heard stories about me but here you
can hear the story from me,,it may be 2020 or 2030 i may be dead
when you read this but this is a testimony for the time i have spent
on getbig.com and a conclusion to the bible i have given for all up
coming bodybuilders,,gh15 was on getbig for about 4 years 2005-2009
this is my story
in 2005 in a venice california a female member of getbig created an
idea to put a real proffessional with an undercovered name on the
getbig board inorder to bring the truth about bodybuilding to the
massess especially young upcoming lifters and bodybuilders,,
up until then every thing written on boards was misgusded information,
lies,,made up bullshit inorder to sell supplemts by companys,,lots
of misleading leads and wrong idead about what bodybuilder life is like
when this lovely woman approached me she was aware of the fact i was
the biggest supplier in europe and knew with the hidden identity i
would be able to write the truth,,she also knew i could pull such a
thing because i had the knowledge from the supplier side and the bodybuilder
side,,at first i refused since i was already on getbig checking it as
a bodybuilder,,but then after reading getbig some more and actually
seeing the advice given and the nonesense talked about during those
years prior i have decided to take the idea and the kind request
and bring this whole thing into life while at the end expecting to
change something in bodybuilding approach and understanding,,
i feel now that i achieved this and its time for me to move onto other
things,,i feel i have created a following and set free the truth
and that will never be undone because new generation such as yourself
the bodybuilder who reads this will benefit from it and see
bodybuilding for what it really is and will know what to expect and how
to approoach those expectations,,i do believe and know that even though
i leave getbig my spirit shall always stay among it with this bible
which is my account and all its posts,,
why gh15?
the name gh15 was given because that was the magic number of units
of growth that worked for me into my professional career
why gossip and opinion board?
that board was the safest because it was under the name gossip and
opinion ,,and that by itself put me under safety to deliver information
with out the need to worry
why getbig?
everybodybuilder that start thnking seriously about bodybuilding find
his way to getbig.com,,its the most respected bodybuilding board in the
history of the internet and the request came from a respected female
member of this board
why so mean?
i was not mean i just had to inject the truth via lots of ways,,,
i had to prsent it agasint the many of my co bodybuilders that are agaisnt
releasing it ,, i had to work agasint dealers that to this day want
to finish me if they could pin point to who i was ,,i had to work
agisnt a number of fake accounts and kids that come for fun to getbig
i had to take it all and make it work,,i had to create omeostasis and
on a board such as this knowing many profeesional left due to anger
i had to be mean myself inorder to be part of the hardcore idea while
injecting the truth
why no private pm communications?
safety
why so degrading twards women,,why aliens,,why politics?
had to contribute in some way to the craziness when the heat was on
and people fell right and left ,,i coudnt let gh15 sound sane because
it was risky,,i did it to the end as yuoll be able to see when reading
through the bible ,,,lots of it was comic relief lots of it was to
sound insane
where did you live?
i lived in germany most of the time,,and been to us many times but
didnt live in us on a regular basis though own houses in usa
why do you say bodybuilders are liars?
because we are,,we lie about everything,,the moment our real name is
out and our financial life is dependent on it we will lie and do
anything to keep it
why the hate twards milos?
milos is a buddy and always be one,,but he is also a liar that
destroyed bodybuilding as we know it back in the 80s 90s
why the hate twards so many bodybuilders who claim natural status?
100% of bodybuilders on mid level and top level npc stages and
ifbb stages are hormonized,,99% of the others on other stages of
othr organizations at mid level to top level are hormonized,,
90% of lower level bodybuilders in local competitions are hormonized
too,,there is no hate twards all of them,,there is only dissapointment
when they come on internet and lie about it to make a living as a
NATURAL that claim to fame by being natural when in reality hormonized,
notice they could claim CLEAN STATUS but never do ,,its always the
natural status they are after for then their income wil go higher but
by lieing constantly and using the lie over and over in every day life
time over time to make a living as a natural bodybuilder,,they created
an illusion for truly natural lifters who want to achieve that level
and development and cant
why generation nothingness?
due to insulin use,, bodybuilders now have a lot more fat onseason
and offseason due to the use of insulin ,,they can never get chizeled
anymore because they all on loads of insulin ,,and thats the cancer
that may kill bodybuilding,,its short way up so to say because you dont
need long time in the gym ,,insulin and growth wil grow you even if
your muscles are not yet developed enough,,common phenomenon in
generation nothingness
would you allow the industry to make money out of the gh15 name?
i do not care what anyone does with the name gh15,,i would prefer
insted the bodybuilding industry to mislead less and bring the words
of gh15 into life rather than the gh15 name
will you write a book?
no,,i do not wish to benefit from the gh15 character
are you proud of yourself for putting down ug labs?
yes,,very proud,,many bodybuilders need to go to the doctor under
secrecy,,,we have to make up excuses why ,,stomack viruses and other
lies,,while in reality we have huge abcess or infection or GI problems
that need a suegnrey from kidny stones to stomack problems,,i want less
of it and thats why i was so harsh when bringing out the truth
are you proud of the vocabulary trend you have created on getbig.com?
its nice when your work is being appriciated,,
i remember the first time i called shawn ...sean and brought this
spelling game phenomenon into life,,it was nice to see my ideas become
into language on getbig.com,, i tried to bring new vocabulary and words
to the bodybuilding messege boards and from hormonized to the use of
the term my friend this and that approved to pm question answered,,
and all in between,, it was all adopted and today a part
of getbig bodybuilding vocabulary,,the new terms and short sentences
i used became an intergral part of getbig and the more you used them
the less i had to participate
what do you think about the following you have created?
it will be talked about in chronicles part 2 but they all are good
fellas that learned a whole lot about the subject and now i feel its
time to let them be bodybuilder and get out of the way and let them fly
why the use of "gh15 approved"?
anything that has the title gh15 approved was and is not negotiable
as in true 100%
is your drug advice true to every ifbb pro?
yes,,many use a lot more as of 2008,,the ones who get with less are
the shorter and smaller one which also take loads as in number of
grams that differ from individual to individual depending on size
why no narcotics mentioned?
out of respect to ron avidan and dignity and hope for the future
generation
will you ever be back?
as gh15,,i will visit the getbig board every year same day which will be
the last day of the year december 31 `1800 gmt,, as long as im alive
will you leave us someone to guide us and tell it how it is?
yes,,all of you are in one way or another my pupils and during the
years wether quiet or loud ,,wether fighting or accepting ,,learned
what really stands behind the scences and know it very well by now,,
i will talk in details about my wishings and hopes from individuals

how can we memorize you?
by being better bodybuilders and speak the truth as much as you can to
other fellow bodybuilders
can we post your writings on other boards?
i prefer not,,i prefer the bible to always sit in getbig and for
bodybuilders to come to getbig and look for it
can we post using yoru writing technics and style?
yes it is already done on many boards and adapted logn ago ,,mr freaky from outlaw
and many other individuals on diff boards already use the gh15 coma
seperation technics,,it become a common law on boards during the years
also if immitating gh15 make sure to tell the TRUTH and stick to it,,
example: john cena love lots of testosteroen and
lots of trenbolone and not john cena is clean or like some winstrol and clen pills,,
make sure to make me proud even if im not among you. if you stick to
gh15 style of writing make sure you also stick to the truth no matter
what
