What I also find ironic is to hear some at my gym who joined just before the new year complaining about the "newbies" even though they've only been there a week or two longer.

The gym I go to is probably 80% or higher middle age to senior citizens.  I can't complain because I get to go there for free thru work.  And since I use mainly free weights, I rarely have to wait.

Gym was still packed today. Not as bad as monday tho.  :( Tappouters in full force today too. Working out in a group of six, on one eagle press machine. :-\

but they got a hellova workout outta their 1/6 rep bench presses!  with 25 on each side!!!!!!!!!!!
