I go to a health spa. After my massage I sometimes hit the machine there and do some leg abduction.

Don't want to get too big.

Most here are Schmoes and never go to the Gym.There was a Time once when most here trained.They say a Fish Rots from the HEAD.Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmm :-\
