Im just curious why you dont bring it down all the way---its honestly not a legit bench press
I was one supporting that you could do it but no way thats a legit bench in any of them
who's the bear pounding you on the chest? It's kinda cute...
It's my way of advertising that I do g4p
good liftsbut explain to me how 65kg each sideequals 150kg
Good lifts, but your spotter should be more punctual. I tell mine as soon as the bar stops moving yank that damn weight off! No need to start tearing tendons and whatnot. It's obvious the weight won't be lifted when it stops moving. my cents
does your gym has a pastel wall policy? Failed. Looks like your grip is too wide, your bear should've told you that... you're narrow and you don't lever well.
I like the fact that he doesnt put much in to the spot..... Gives me a good feel for the weight, especially a weight like that that I havn't done a lot of, so next time I know how heavy its going to feel...
True, maybe i'm just picky. I agree you should use I slightly narrower grip. Even your partner has a more narrow grip and I know he's outweighing you by 40 plus. I'm no bench guru by the way but get those tri's under you more. I know some will disagree but thumbless grip helps me use tri's more too.
Don't get me wrong, the input is greatly appreciated.... Definately going to look at making a few adjustments to my technique.
I know your name.....Your training partner said it....
Please don't tell anyone
