Length of Time off?

Sorry if this has been asked in the past but i couldn't see it in the history of topics!

Just wondering peoples thoughts on the length of time they have 'OFF' between the cycles,
is there a known length of time to get everything back working as it should!!

A good rule of thumb is time on equals time off. Although most do not follow this rule and stay on much longer than they take off. Its a personal decision my friend.

Not true. I'm still making great gains natty. Gained 30 lbs. Lost only 4 2 weeks after PCT.
