Interesting study on the bioavailability of HCG with IM and SubQ injections.

I also posted this under the clinical links and studies sticky. Its a pretty interesting study.

I thought it was already pretty well known that bioavailability is IV>IM>SubQ?  That goes for GH as well.  It is interesting  however that the obese women had less bioavailabilty though, but not all that surprising either.

Do you inject your GH IM?

I think its always been speculation, because of the steadier release when injected IM, but here is the proof. I still recommend injecting subq just because the shot is so easy to do and it works.

I'm pretty sure GH has better bioavailability SQ than IM. At least that's what several GH manufacturers data says. Slightly better.

Yea, I wrote that post after being at work for 14 hours and was mixing up peak onset with bioavailability.  I do think SubQ vs IM with GH bioavailability is minuscule enough not to worry about though.
