So let me get this right...he looks "great"...but the down fall is that he looks great year after year?
Well wasn't that Ray's only flaw? Shawn had a near perfect physique, in fact I think he won the 94 Olympia hands down! I just always thought it was funny that the only thing his critics could hit him with, year after year, was that his physique didn't change much as a pro...and yes, even to that I would go  btw, I think ray owns samual all day long |

When a BB doesn't show "progression" year after year, he gets boring, complacent, and eventually worn out and fades from public eye. Notice how with most of these "up and coming Pros", there are never any "progression" pics of them say 5-10 years back to the present.....
Dexter Jackson is Mr. O ! - there is your boring and he maintained the same conditioning and size for at least 8 years. what is worn out is your negative commentary and lack of sensible conversation. FACT: Silvio shocked the Judges and Fans at the last show with the most insane conditioning - Were you there or working ? FACT: Pleasant non ego bodybuilders are fun to watch compete - it is the arm chair judges and the non competitors that make it boring .... Homework : I would like for you to improve your talking points and please act like you know something about bodybuilding - and give UP the title of the most overrated commentary provider - DUMB ASS! |

built like a tank,and conditioned to go with it,top 3 no doubt,delts a bit smallish but has big ass arms for his frame/size.good build all around good build.

I remember Silvio from the 2007 show he has a wierd stance in so many poses...either he has a hernia or his muscles have something dying to come out. He just looks weird....good though!!!!
