At lunch usually chicken, steak, rice, beans, pasta... stuff like that. Only bad time is weekends because I tend to eat a little less. One crappy meal/month which is pizza and 4 or 5 wings. Also only have bacon once/month even though I love that shit. No soda, donuts, pastries, and almost no chocolate. Had maybe 6 deserts last year.I love candy (eat it until it's gone) and should cut down the coffee. Nobody's perfect.
wow 4 or 5 wings you animal!...I usually eat 25-30 wings in a sitting.havent ate candy in years though.to each there own I guess.
