hah, . i am hoping to find a way to make it taste good. i need carbs after workout so i figure may as well find something that it will mix good with. i am shopping around for a whey protein with real sugarthat sounds disgusting,no thanks.

i would definitely say that Bob knows what he's talking about on nutrition, the man looks incredible.

I agree. I just think some guys overanalyze stuff too much. 100 grams of this precisley 24 minutes after your last set to kick start growth etc... I used to be the same way.

Why? I mix the BCAA'z with just water. Do they need some sort of sugars or simple carbs to transport?
that's what i've heard but actually waht i do is mix the creatine with the root beer and dump the BCAA's in my mouth and then chase it with water, try the MRM BCAA+G brand, awesome stuff and tastes great.
I used to love that stuff. Kinda like lemon Pixie sticks powder. No local supplier anymore, so it's been a while.
