I saw some of Troy Alves pictures yesterday, and he looked amazing. I think it will be awesome to see Troy competing again at the 2009 Ironman, and will definately improve on last year's performance.

this happens every year with troy, first the 'he looks fantastic' threads, then the initial reports saying he came in 'off', lastly the interview where he claims he knows what went wrong and how he looked better two days following the show...

i can not wait til Troy shuts all you haters up! When is the last time you have seen Melvin with glutes and hams, Or Jonnie jacskon or DJ. In a matter of fact go to the pics of the Mr. Olmypia and tell me who had these ridiculous hams and glutes that every seems so bent on Troy havin but nobody else. Since when did a dudes ass become such a priority in fuckin bodybuilding!
