while I dont have much sympathy for dmx, that sheriff that runs that tent city prison is a fuckin jerkoff. he is always going on about how they save x amount of dollars starving the prisoners on paper thin balogna sandwiches and basically treating them like total crap, when they get the shit sued out of them on a regular basis and pay out millions of dollars to settle lawsuits brought forth by prisoners. the costs of litigation far outweigh any expenses saved by their general shitty treatment of inmates.
