It wouldn't surpise me if LL Cool J has hit the sauce. But for a celebrity with money you don't need steroids to have his look. All you need is his genetics (which seem fairly conducive to muscle) and some liposuction in the abdominal area. It still takes a lot of hardwork to keep a six pack year round. Most of these celebs have liposuction in their abdominal area.
