i was charged with spitting gum or exporate (something close to that) on a person for a incident that happened july of 08. I had a confrontation with a guy that assaulted my good friend. i saw him at a bar, i spit gum on him, later that ngiht, he ran to a cop and told them and i went to court and received a year probation. prior to that incident, my only criminal charge was disturbing the peace. In september, i got another disturbing the peace and now im going up for violation of probation. What do you guys think, if i do get jail for violation, how hard is it to get work release? i have a very good job at a nation wide bank and im worried about losing my job now. i do have a lawyer but i want other opinions

i did pay my lawyer brotha lol no need no tough guys right now, this is going to be funny with the responses lol the second disturbing the peace is b.s. bartender calling me names, called him some back, boom, fucking cops thinking is warrents a d.t.p.

to bit guy, classy lol im def far from a "guy" but ok, still waiting for some good responses here folks. im thinking the death penelity myself, i have already started shaving body so it wont smell that bad when i fry lol

Shut your cumcatcher and let your lawyer handle it. Cops don't just show up and cite you for dtp, you were probably drunk and caused a scene, 99% of the time, they would just ask you to leave.

You come across like a loudmouth prick that blames everyone else for his troubles.

most expensive piece of gum ever, i know its gross but he was very lucky thats all that happened, he nusted a bottle on my friend, he should have pressed charges but thats a def story. the spitting gum was a last second thing, kept me fro punching him

life has been good to me. i dont drink that often and in this case, def wasnt drunk due to driving (im pretty respnsible at times) if you read my intial post, i was wondering if i went to jail, how would work release come in, maybe someone has first hand experience from that point of view. i made the mistake of spitting and getting in trouble, i made the mistake of getting a violation case, so who is blaming who?
