I was sitting with my feet up on the table and my ass was quite far forward on the chair and the wheels moved backwards all of a sudden and I fell to the ground.

How the hell do you add pics or a video of something after the fact it happend ?  I am lost on this possibility....time travel back into minutes ago to set up a webcam or get someone to snap a pic?  You guys know something I dont?
