Started off 2 yrs ago at 420 pounds size 50 pants 5xl Shirts now I'm a MUCH slimmer 289 pounds (as of yesterday) size 38 pants and 2xl Shirts now.

Yeah I still got some work to do but I'm also trying to maintian as much of my bench strength as possible. I'm doing a Raw meet the Weekend after the Arnold and gonna be a 275er and hoping to hit anything over 550 since I have never raw benched 2x my bodyweight.

Anything you accomplished was because of your God given genetics and didn't have a damn thing to do with hard work or discipline, because it is VERY obvious that your 500 lb ass has neither.

You were successful at arm wrestling because you were built for it.  But don't come on here and act like you had any shred of hard work or discipline because you don't.  You trained and ate whatever you wanted, and your genetics took care of the rest.

Now your at a point in life where your genetics won't carry you any longer... And what do you have to show for it?  Well someone can post your pic and we have all laughed at it many times, and you will stay that way forever.
