Guess if it takes abs not to be fat I'll be fat for awhile then. i might cut that far later but not atthis point in time.

I'm not mad about anyone telling me what they think that is the whole purpose of my post. Everyone has a different idea as to what fat is some need abs some just need a waist small enough to be able buy jeans at the mall not a Fay boy store :)

I bought my first pair of Designer Jeans at the mall last weekend and it felt freaking GREAT being able to do that after not being able to for the last 12 yrs :)

dude, fat or not you're on video benching 500 pounds for 10 reps. anyone who wanted to call you fat even when you were 420, man you could have just crushed their head like a grape with one hand.

though personally i think you looked the sickest weighing in the 330 range. i said it before, i'll say it again, the picture of you giving the thumbs up holding a magazine is amongst the top 3 nastiest photographs of a strength athlete ever taken. period.
