Yep I had my natural gyno fixed back in 97 and they used Lypo then. I was on some good drugs but awake for all of it. That was aome nasty shit coming down that tube.

(yes it was Natty Gyno!!! I had very pointy nips as a kid my boy is getting it now that he is hitting puberty best money I ever spent. Lifting wieghts just made it look worse cause as my chest grew my nips stuck out even further)

i thought appendectomy was done arthroscopic? i got mine done a year ago and thats how they did it. 3 little holes, no long scar. also got a nice bottle of perks to go along with that surgery. man that felt nice lying on my ass with a blunt and some perks, phew good times! highly recommended surgery for anyone who still has their appendix.

Back in the day they cut you open. I had mine done in 1981. I was 6 years old, hence the small scar.

if the appendix has already burst, then they would generally need to make a bigger incision

they do apendectomies from the LLQ now, and come across the abdomen, the scar is also very small.

That is very similar to how I looked but mine was done through and incision in the armpit and they came across the chest. This way there are literally no visible scars what so ever. I have friends who had it done through the nip like that and they have a small hlaf moon scar along the nip line.

They did local anestetics and then went to town. He got in to my inner pec area right above the sternum and hit a spot that was not numb. HOLY SHIT you wanna talk about the worst pain ever, THAT SUCKED BALLS!!!

But it is the best money I had ever spent, I picked on alot as a kid for having pointy nipples and it made life suck BAD!!! If my boys dont go away and it obthers him I'll gladly pay for it to get fixed it is better then the teens years being filled with CRAPPY days getting picked on!!!

Mine ran me a little over $2200 to get it all done and all the follow up visits etc etc. I had to drive 55 miles one way to see the Dr so I got all my follow ups scheduled on Fridays at 8am. Follow ups took about 1/2 hr and then I had the rest of the day off work with Dr's slip

I did that for 6 weeks straight
