Getting my legs to grow is
the job for '09.
That's why i do leg extensions...
This will get me some shit on Getbig, but I'm going to squat every day. Not balls out, but 3x10 everyday (after one warmup set) in addition to the 4x split of chest & tris, back & bis (including scapular work), shoulders (including rotator cuff work), and legs. On leg day I'll do some LE/squat supersets. Deads will be done on back day, leg curls on leg day.
Not sure how it's going to work out, but that's the plan at the moment.
