Shortest ROM bench ever??

damn this is crazy, big heavyset dude and a ton of weight but the bar looks like it moves maybe 5 inches. :o

The ROM doesn't look bad, that's power to be able to power it up with no bounce at the bottom. It looks shorter because of the huge bowling-ball under the shirt a little further down the torso.
