come on now guts take it like a man the ravens where outplayed for the most part they made flaco look like shit although i agree he will be a great qb down the road. Their running game wasnt there and thats it, completely healthy or not.
that being said i hope arizone kicks pittsburgh's ass and i dont mean just beats them i mean, i have to stop watching it at half time its so bad...
show you not to beat the texans.
I'm taking it like a man. Waking up this morning didn't feel particularly too good but I'll find a way to deal.
from going 5-11 the previous year and making it all the way to the conference championship is pretty awesome. A rookie quarterback has NEVER taken his team to the Superbowl, so the odds were stacked against the Ravens. That being said, the Ravens will be a team to be reckoned with next season and beyond. Flacco gained valuable experience in his rookie season that some quarterbacks never get to experience in a career. Ray Lewis is still playing at an all-pro level, Ed Reed is still in his prime, and the O-line is stacked. The Ravens need to acquire some youth and upgrade the talent at the WR and CB positions. They also need to sign Suggs and Lewis to extensions. (which they will)
The Ravens franchise has accomplished a lot in 13 seasons in existence. They lost an AFC championship game for the first time. I think the Steelers have lost, what? Four? Sure the Steelers are gunning for their 6th Lombardi trophy but how long have they been in existence? 40-50 years now? More?
13 seasons, one SuperBowl title(in five seasons as a franchise!), six winning seasons, five playoff appearances, and two division titles. The Ravens are one of the best run NFL organizations and have a terrific owner in Steve Bischotti. John Harbaugh is the ultimate players coach.
The Ravens will be back. Count on it.
